Data & privacy
All data is processed by RADKit with the highest concern for privacy in accordance with the Cisco Online Privacy Statement.
Due to the very nature of this application, some Personally Identifiable Information (PII)
may find its way into application or session log files. In order to delete all PII from a
system running RADKit, please follow the instructions below. The directory named .radkit
is located within the user’s home directory.
RADKit Client:
delete all application logs from
.radkit/logs
(files namedclient.*
)delete the client CLI history file at
.radkit/client/.history
delete all session logs from
.radkit/session_logs/client
RADKit Service:
delete all application logs from
.radkit/logs
(files namedservice.*
andgui.*
)delete all session logs from
.radkit/session_logs/service

and ask for your information to be deletedNote: this will invalidate all your credentials and revoke your access to the RADKit Cloud, making it impossible to continue using RADKit without re-enrolling.
